Each week, I will post my menu or wait to see one of yours to get some ideas! :o) Go ahead and submit your weekly menu each Sunday night or on Menu Planning Mondays. It really doesn't matter what day you post it and if you don't plan your menu for the week, feel free to just share a favorite recipe. It's been great for me when I just hit a road block.
Remember, the recipes don't necessarily have to be dinners. I know we can get creative, maybe a lunch menu (I get bored with Mac&Cheese, PJ&J, Chicken nuggets, etc!LOL), breakfast menu . . . it's totally up to you.
I am not much of a fish eater, but I do enjoy Tilapia. I love to try new Tilapia recipes because I know it is a healthy choice. Check out my thread for the following recipes:

*not a cheap meal to make, but a very tasty dish and much cheaper than eating a meal at a nice restaurant.

Quick Jambalaya
I had to come up with dinner from two days of leftovers...here it is
2 14oz cans of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 large onion, diced
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
leftover sausage, sliced up
leftover taco meat
leftover brown rice
2tsp cayenne
2tsp thyme
2tsp oregano
2tsp fresh ground black pepper
2tsp salt
